SNMP get for Counter32

All,

I try to monitor CIFS connected users to the storage.
There is exists the following counter:

C:\Temp>Snmputil.exe get storage public .1.3.6.1.4.1.789.1.7.2.9.0
Variable = .iso.org.dod.internet.private.enterprises.789.1.7.2.9.0
Value    = Counter32 122

When I added this oid into template and applied template to the storage device, OpManager can't get this value.
I see strange values like '0', '1' or very big.
But the current value should be approx 100.

I tried to add this counter as '.1.3.6.1.4.1.789.1.7.2.9.0' and '.1.3.6.1.4.1.789.1.7.2.9', but it didn't help.

I can easy obtain this counter in snmp browser by these oids.

Any comments ? How to fix that ?

ps. I see the following values in perf monitor:

Re : Update 7700 fails for MSSQL users - Cannot drop the index ‘WorkOrder.WorkOrder_IDX6'

Dear Martin,

This issue WorkOrder_FK7 is not fixed in this release.

Please delete SupportCenter database from the Database and create a new database.Restore the backup 7609 in 7609 fresh installation with this new database.

now if you upgrade to the latest version 7701, this error wont occur.

Applying Business Rule in Service Catalog

Hi Karups,

Can we apply a business rule to service catalog in such a way that if suppose i have a technician group named as Email then any request raised through Email service catalog feature should be assigned to Email group and only the technicians under that group should be able to view that request.

I have created such a rule and the role for the technicians but it didn't worked.Attached is the screen shots of the same.

Awaiting for your reply.

Thanks,
Amandeep S. Deol
